Full Stack Developer

AllWishes is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our founding team.

We’re an early-stage startup building something we genuinely believe in, and we’re looking for someone who has affinity with our line of work and vision. You will have a meaningful role in shaping both the product and the technology behind it.
 

We are looking for a developer who is confident in building mobile applications for iOS and/or Android, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoys figuring things out together with a small, ambitious team.


What you’ll do
 

You’ll work closely with our three co-founders to evolve AllWishes prototypes into a marketable product.

Your responsibilities will mainly include:

• Designing and developing our iOS and/or Android application

• Building and maintaining the backend and APIs needed to support the app

• Making technical decisions together with the team

• Taking ownership of technical challenges and finding pragmatic solutions

You will not be working alone. The team shares the ownership of these responsibilities. The founding team already brings experience in SQL databases, Python, frontend development, marketing analytics, and hosting. We’re looking for someone who complements these skills and helps us built a professional, secure product.

 

Who we are looking for
 

We care less about a perfect CV and more about how you think, work, and collaborate. A senior developer could be a great fit, but for example, a master student or graduate who is confident in creating secure apps, could also be a good fit.
 

You’ll likely be a great fit if you:

• Are confident creating an iOS and/or Android app

• Have full-stack development skills or are comfortable working across the stack

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working in an environment where not everything is already figured out

• Can communicate openly about ideas, challenges, mistakes, and uncertainties

• Have a special interest in helping the target groups of AllWishes
   

A big plus: Experience with encryption, cybersecurity, privacy, or secure software development would be a major advantage. Also, it would be desirable and convenient if you live in the area of Zürich or Zug.

AllWishes is still in its early stages, so we’re intentionally keeping things flexible.

Rather than presenting a fixed package, we want to figure out an arrangement through an open dialogue that works for both you and the team.
